These terms cover this website and booking a tattoo or piercing at Foenix Ink, 135 NE 1st Ave, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. Using the site or sending us a booking request means you accept them.
01 — Booking and consultations
Booking and consultations
A booking form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm your time by text or call during studio hours — for tattoos that is your free consultation, for piercings it is your booked slot.
Tattoos start with a free 30-minute consultation: no deposit, no obligation. If it is not a fit, you walk away owing nothing. Piercings are booked straight in. Walk-ins are welcome for both.
02 — Prices, deposits and payment
Prices, deposits and payment
Prices published on /pricing are ranges, not quotes. Your exact tattoo price is finalized at your free consultation, before you pay anything. Shop minimum: $100.
A deposit is only taken when you book the session itself — never for the free consultation — and it counts toward your tattoo. On large multi-session projects you pay session by session as the project progresses; the deposit is taken at the first session.
Piercings are paid at the studio after they are done. Jewelry is priced separately from the piercing.
03 — Age and ID
Age and ID
Bring a government-issued photo ID to every appointment. Tattoo clients must be 18 or older. Minors are pierced only with a parent or legal guardian present and written consent — a routine, documented process here.
04 — Financing
Financing
Financing is offered through a third-party provider, on that provider’s terms and subject to their approval — not ours. The program and its conditions are described on our financing page.
05 — Photos of work
Photos of work
Photographs of tattoos and piercings published on this site and on our social accounts were made by the studio and remain the property of Foenix Ink, along with the site’s text, design and logo. You are photographed only if you agreed to it on your consent form, and you can withdraw that permission by contacting us.
Reference images you send us are used to plan your piece and for nothing else. Send only images you have the right to send.
06 — Healing and results
Healing and results
Every tattoo and piercing leaves the studio with a simple aftercare plan from the person who did the work. Healing depends on your skin, your health and how closely you follow that plan, so we cannot guarantee a healing outcome. Tell your artist or piercer about medical conditions and medications before we start, and if anything looks off during healing, call the studio — see our aftercare guide.
