This is what Foenix Ink collects, why we collect it, who ever sees it, and how to tell us to stop. If anything here is unclear, call the studio at (561) 663-6834 and ask.

01 — Who we are

Who we are

Foenix Ink is a tattoo and piercing studio at 135 NE 1st Ave, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, operated by Foenix Ink LLC. This policy covers this website, our booking forms, our in-studio check-in and consent forms, and the calls and texts we exchange with you about your visit.

02 — What we collect

What we collect

We collect four kinds of information, and only these:

• Booking requests on this site. Your name, phone number, email address, preferred day and time, what you tell us about the work you want, any reference photos you attach, and the language you filled the form in.
• In-studio consent forms. Before a tattoo or piercing, Florida requires a signed consent record. That form collects your government-issued ID, date of birth, address, emergency contact, and the health information required by Florida law for body-art procedures.
• Website analytics and advertising cookies and pixels. Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, plus the technical data your browser sends — IP address, device and browser, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived here.
• Call and text records. When you call or text the studio, we keep the number, the time, and what was discussed, so the next person who picks up already knows.

03 — How we use it

How we use it

To schedule and perform your service; to reach you about your appointment; to send appointment-related texts (see our SMS Terms); to keep the records Florida requires for body-art procedures; to measure and improve this website and our advertising; and to protect the studio against fraud. Nothing else.

04 — Health information

Health information

Health information from your consent form is used only to perform the procedure safely and to keep the records required of us. It is never used for marketing, never shared with advertising platforms, and never sold.

05 — Advertising and hashed contact information

Advertising and hashed contact information

We may share your email address and phone number in hashed form — irreversibly encoded, not readable as your actual details — with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google. We do it for three reasons: to show our ads to people like you, to stop showing ads to people who are already our clients, and to measure whether an ad actually led to a visit.

These platforms cannot read the hashed data. It only matches if they already hold an account with the same details. Health information is never included. You can opt out at any time — see Your choices.

06 — Cookies, pixels and conversion measurement

Cookies, pixels and conversion measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags, and the Meta Pixel together with the Meta Conversions API. The Conversions API is server-side: when you send a booking request, our server tells Meta that a booking happened, so the measurement survives ad blockers and browser restrictions. What is sent is limited to the contact details described above, in hashed form, plus the type of request. Reference photos, the text of your message and anything from your consent form are never sent.

You can control what these platforms do with your data in their own settings: Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings . Browser-level Do Not Track signals: we do not respond to them today, because there is no agreed standard for what a site should do when it receives one.

07 — Who we share with

Who we share with

Service providers that run this website, our database, our hosting and our phone and messaging systems — Vercel, Supabase, Railway and Telnyx — and only so they can provide that service to us.

Advertising platforms, which work differently and are worth saying plainly: we upload contact details in a hashed, irreversible form to Meta and Google so the ads you see from us reach people who already know the studio, and so we can stop paying to advertise to someone who has already booked. It is our own advertising to our own customers. Those platforms do not receive your details to market anything of their own, we do not sell your personal information to anyone, and the list we upload is never our text-message opt-in list. You can keep your details out of it at any time — see your choices below.

We also share information when the law requires it.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

09 — Minors

Minors

Clients under 18 are served only with a parent or legal guardian present and consenting in writing, as required in Florida. In that case we collect the guardian’s information along with the client’s. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 online. If you believe a child under 13 sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

Signed consent records are kept for five years. Booking requests that never became appointments are kept for five years as well. You can ask us to delete your information where the law allows it.

11 — Your choices

Your choices

• Stop texts. Reply STOP to any text from us.
• Keep your contact details out of our advertising. Email info@foenix.ink or call the studio and say so. We remove you from the lists we send to advertising platforms, and the removal takes effect on our next weekly upload.
• Access, correction, deletion. Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.

12 — Security

Security

Consent records and client data sit behind individual staff logins with role-based access, and are encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise — but access is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
