02 — Getting here from Davie
From central Davie the quickest line is Griffin Road east to I-95, then south to the Hallandale Beach Blvd exit and east a few blocks to NE 1st Ave — the studio is at 135 NE 1st Ave, just east of Dixie Highway. From the NSU or University Drive side, I-595 east to I-95 south gets you there in about twenty-five minutes. Side-street parking a block off the boulevard is usually the easiest grab.
