This page documents every place Foenix Ink collects a phone number, and the exact disclosure shown at that moment. It is public and requires no login. The messaging terms themselves are on SMS Terms; what we do with your data is in our Privacy Policy.

01 — Transactional SMS consent flow

Transactional SMS consent flow

Consent is given by entering a phone number in a Foenix Ink booking form. The disclosure below sits directly under the phone field, before the form can be sent. It is a notice, not a pre-checked box, and it does not block the submission: appointment texts are service messages about a visit the person is asking us for.

By providing your phone number you agree to receive appointment-related texts from Foenix Ink (confirmations, reminders, aftercare). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

02 — In-studio consent form

In-studio consent form

Every client signs a consent form at the studio before a tattoo or piercing, on a tablet at the front desk. The same disclosure sits under the phone field there, and it is printed on the signed PDF the client receives, so the consent record and the disclosure are one document.

03 — Marketing SMS consent flow

Marketing SMS consent flow

Not offered yet. Foenix Ink sends no promotional texts. Before any promotional program is registered, a separate unchecked checkbox will be added to these forms, kept apart from the booking consent, and this section will be updated with a screenshot of it.
