Tattoo Shop Serving Miami Beach
Miami Beach is built for visitors, and so is the way most people there think about a tattoo: get it while you're in town. Foenix Ink is a different pitch — a licensed custom studio across the bay in Hollywood, about forty minutes north, built around getting the piece right rather than getting it fast. That matters more than it sounds if you're only here a few days: one resident artist plans the design at a free consultation, quotes the exact price before any deposit, and shows you healed work so you know how it ages long after the trip. It's also why travelers already trust us — one in three of our tattoo clients drives in from out of town. Piercings run needle-only with titanium, and we're open noon to midnight every day.
30 minutes with your artist. No deposit, no obligation.
01 — Why Miami Beach makes the drive
South Beach has no shortage of shops that will ink a tourist on the spot, and some are good — but 'on the spot' and 'on vacation' is exactly how people end up with a tattoo they'd redo. The forty-minute drive north is the antidote: a real consultation, a fixed price, and a portfolio of healed results instead of a flash wall and a rushed line. Travelers are a third of our tattoo work, so we plan around trips — a design session early in your stay, the tattoo before you fly out, aftercare you can follow on the road. If you'd rather leave Miami Beach with a piece you chose carefully than one you grabbed between the beach and dinner, the causeway and I-95 are worth the hour.
02 — Getting here from Miami Beach
From Miami Beach, take the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195) west to I-95, then north to the Hollywood Blvd exit and east into downtown Hollywood — the studio is at 2019 Hollywood Blvd, Unit B, just west of Young Circle. From South Beach budget forty to forty-five minutes with causeway traffic; from North Beach, Collins Avenue up to US-1 can be simpler. Parking is easiest on the side streets a block off the main strip.
Miami Beach clients come to us from South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, South of Fifth, Sunset Harbour.

Miami Beach FAQ
I'm visiting Miami Beach — should I get tattooed here or wait?
If you want it done carefully, plan it: a free design consultation early in your stay, the tattoo before you fly out. We build around travelers — a third of our tattoo clients come from out of town — with a fixed price set up front and aftercare you can follow on the road.
How far is Foenix Ink from Miami Beach?
About forty minutes — Julia Tuttle (I-195) to I-95 north, off at Hollywood Blvd. It's the longest of our common drives, which is exactly why we'd rather plan the piece than rush it. We're at 2019 Hollywood Blvd, Unit B.
Can you fit a tattoo into a short trip?
Usually, with a little planning. Come in for a free consultation when you arrive; smaller pieces can often be done same day, bigger ones scheduled before you leave. Piercings are walk-in and same-day, noon to midnight.
Why not just use a South Beach shop?
Plenty are fine — but a vacation and a walk-in wall are how rushed tattoos happen. We trade the forty minutes for a real consultation, an exact price before any deposit, and healed-results work you can judge honestly.
